The Boldness of Spring

Marionet, in a partnership with the Botanical Garden of the University of Coimbra, will participate in the 22nd edition of the Cultural Week of the University of Coimbra, with the show “The Boldness of Spring“.

 

Departing from the book “Ritmos do Jardim Botânico da Universidade de Coimbra”, by Ana Cristina Tavares, which is divided in 12 acts of transformation of the flora in this garden, we present the dramatization of the 3rd act of this work, corresponding to the month of March, when the garden precipitates into the boldness of Spring. A path dramatized by some of the plant species which take centre stage in this time of the year, in bold movements of rupture and openness to the future.
