"Contraindications" is fully booked
All the seats are already booked, but 100 people will be able to watch Contraindications, a show that will take place this Sunday, 26th March, at the Estufa Tropical do Jardim Botânico da Universidade de Coimbra.
The text is inspired in the old Medical Schools, organized in flowerbeds in an area of the garden, and puts in dialogue a gardener and a pharmacist (and also some impertinent plants). As they get to know each other, the characters introduce us to the features and properties of some of the plants they study and treat. However, as we know, most roses have thorns…
This presentation, resulting from an original creation thought for that specific space, is part of the RE/FORMA event, promoted by JBUC, Blue House and Jazz ao Centro Clube, with the aim of celebrating the 250 years of the Pombaline Reform of the UC.
On that same day there will be other activities in that beautiful garden, so we invite you to enjoy the rest of the programme.
