It's time to roll up your sleeves!

On the morning of 2 May, we’ll be paying another visit to the Senhora da Alegria Bio-Reserve, a plot of land near the city of Coimbra whose natural heritage is protected and preserved by the MilVoz Association, with the support of Marionet.

 

And this time, you can come with us! Anyone interested in taking part in this activity can write to us and we’ll give you all the practical information in reply.

 

The first task in the ecological recovery of the area will be to contain and eradicate invasive alien species. In future trips, we will promote natural regeneration and plant aids (native species with local genomes) in order to accelerate ecological succession in strategic areas.
