We open the door to an extraordinary reading session

Yesterday we welcomed a group of students from the Degree in Artistic Studies at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Coimbra (Portuguese Theatre course) to Marionet for a reading of ‘Rutherford’ by Stuart Hoar.

 

As a rule, Reading Theatre with Science sessions are open to the public, but in this case we made an exception and it was also a success! The students were responsible for the translation from the original English, as well as the reading, which was followed by a stimulating conversation about the play and the themes it addresses.
