Reading Theatre with Science | "Marjorie Prime" by Jordan Harrison
Date and place are set for the 11th session of Reading Theatre with Science! It will be at Marionet, on 22 March, at 6 pm.
“Marjorie Prime” by Jordan Harrison was the most coveted play since the beginning of this project (18 votes out of 42!) and the translation is already in the hands and watchful eyes of our Collaborative Translation Project. In this session we will have a musical surprise along with the usual tea and biscuits.
Together with Marjorie Prime we are in the age of artificial intelligence. Marjorie has a new companion programmed to tell her back the story of her life. This play explores the mysteries of human identity and the limits of what technology can actually replace.
To find out what may (or may not) happen, join us to read on 22 March. Register by sending an email to ler@marioneteatro.com or through our social networks, until 21 March.
